Job Description Mental Health Worker / Bachelor-Level Therapist
Are you passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and
families facing mental health, substance use, and developmental

every day through our Family Based Programs. What You’ll Do Provide
team-based (60%) and individual (40%) therapy and case management
to children and families in homes and community settings
Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team Assist
with treatment planning, assessments, and documentation Participate
in psychiatric evaluations and care coordination Maintain timely,
accurate clinical documentation Follow CASSP principles, HIPAA
standards, and mandated reporter requirements Schedule flexibility
required, including daytime, evening, and occasional weekend hours
to meet client needs. What We’re Looking For Education: Bachelor’s
degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Nursing,
Rehabilitation, Theology, Anthropology, or related Human Services
field Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a CASSP or
children/adolescent behavioral health setting Requirements: Valid
driver’s license and ability to pass required background screenings
