Job Description A medical services company in New York City is looking to add a new Program Director / Social Worker Supervisor to their team in the Bronx. In this role, the Program Director / Social Worker Supervisor will ensure quality care and oversee the functions of the program according to regulatory bodies and accreditation requirements. About the Opportunity: Start Date: ASAP Assignment Length: Contract to Hire (Ongoing) Shift: Days Schedule: Monday to Friday Hours: 8am to 4pm or 9a to 5pm or 10am to 6pm Responsibilities: Conduct weekly 1:1 supervision, lead case conferences, and support resolution Review and approve service plans, program notes, and all participant documentation for accuracy and regulatory compliance Perform chart audits and maintain quality assurance standards Facilitate staff meetings, deliver trainings, and complete annual performance evaluations Oversee incident reporting, participate in crisis intervention, and support intake/screening of new residents Supervise interns and contribute to team professional development Prepare monthly reports (including data and statistics) for program oversight needs Assist with annual reporting requirements and other program functions Approve timecards, monitor attendance, and manage staff schedules Create monthly calendars and coordinate group activities Perform other duties, as needed Qualifications: 2 years of Social Services experience Bachelor's Degree in Social Work Experience working with individuals with histories of homelessness, substance use, mental illness, or HIV Desired Skills: Master's Degree in Social Work Relevant certifications (e.g., CASAC, HSBCP, MSc in Administration)
