Duties/Responsibilities: Availability for shift duty (as may be
required). Physically capable of performing manual labor. The
ability to obtain a knowledge of water utility regulations and
sampling procedures. Record and maintain statistical operating
records and water quality data. Schedule and collect samples as
required by water quality regulations, customer requests, or
company requirements. Address water quality complaints.
Qualifications Education/Experience/Background: High School
Diploma/GED is required. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Possess a
general knowledge of operations. Ability to be contacted by phone
and available for any and all emergencies. Working knowledge of
mathematics. Have the ability to interpret drawings and schematics.
Have the ability to legibly draw and write. Ability to operate
Company's SCADA system. Required Certification/Licenses/Training:
Must possess a valid driver license at all times. Must have
applicable NYS Operator Grade II or higher License, or ability to
obtain the same. Additional Information Pay Rate: $38.59 per hour.
