Redefine Healthcare is looking for a dedicated, full-time Business
Development Specialist to join our expanding team of healthcare
professionals in our Mount Laurel Office. While the main location
will be Mount Laurel please note this role may require traveling as
needed. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for
positively impacting growth and revenue for Coastal Spine ; along
with developing relationships with possible referral sources and
conducting regular and consistent business meetings. We are looking

Title: Business Development Specialist Salary :
$60,000-80,000/annually depending on specialty and experience
Hours: 40 hours per week Job Type : Full-time Benefits: Paid time

Company match, yearly bonus Key Focus Areas Physician and
healthcare referral relationship development Consistent in-person
visits (minimum 8 hours per week in the field) Professional event
coordination with referral partners (lunches, meetings, networking)
Authentic social media and practice-based content execution (10–12
posts per month) Organized CRM tracking, follow-up, and weekly
progress updates Strong technology proficiency to support
reporting, documentation, and marketing execution Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, practices,
and healthcare partners Conduct scheduled in-person visits with
referral sources to support ongoing collaboration Coordinate
professional engagement opportunities tied to referral growth
Support brand awareness through referral marketing, social media,
and practice presence Document visits, contacts, and follow-up
steps clearly through CRM Provide weekly outreach updates,
reporting, and measurable progress tracking to management Represent
Coastal Spine with professionalism, clinical credibility, and
strong communication Utilize technology confidently, including CRM
systems, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, scheduling tools, and
content platforms Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree preferred 3
years of healthcare business development, physician outreach, or
referral-based sales experience required Strong organizational
skills and ability to work independently in a physician-facing
environment Highly proficient in technology with the ability to
manage CRM documentation, reporting, and digital marketing tools
efficiently
