Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic, results-oriented professional to join our team in a Permanent Test Job in the Sales industry. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for the construction industry, with a solid understanding of the sales process and a knack for using social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn, for business growth. This role demands a unique blend of sales acumen, project management skills, and technical knowledge, particularly in the areas of Building Information Modeling (BIM), construction documents, construction administration, and building codes. Responsibilities: 1. Utilize LinkedIn API to identify potential leads, engage with prospects, and build a robust sales pipeline. 2. Interpret construction documents to understand client requirements thoroughly and propose suitable solutions. 3. Leverage your knowledge of BIM to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients, aiding in the sales process. 4. Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact to closing, ensuring a smooth transition for the client. 5. Work closely with the construction administration team to ensure project requirements are met and timelines are adhered to. 6. Stay up-to-date with the latest building codes and regulations, and ensure all sales proposals are compliant. 7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service to ensure repeat business and referrals. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the sales industry. 2. Demonstrable experience with LinkedIn API and other social media platforms for lead generation and sales. 3. Solid understanding of construction documents, BIM, construction administration, and building codes. 4. Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. 5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience. 6. Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 7. A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field would be advantageous. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
