program offers. Your Role The Key Responsibilities of a Customer
Experience Associate are: Identify new residential customers
through direct lead engagement. Conduct thorough needs assessments
with current and potential customers. Develop and deliver tailored
sales presentations and proposals. Accurately complete all
sales-related documentation, including order entry and reporting,
adhering to quality standards. Actively participate in sales
meetings and training to support team objectives. Meet monthly
sales targets set for the Customer Experience Associates Complete
all administrative duties related to product sales following
established procedures. Stay informed about competitor activities
and report relevant changes in pricing, marketing, or sales
tactics. Attend and successfully finish required training programs
alongside the Customer Experience Associate team.
