- ONSITE Bridgewater MA - Must have technical sales experience Client Details Our client is a leading U.S.-based manufacturer specializing in precision metal casting and machining for mission-critical applications across aerospace, defense, energy, and industrial markets. Description You Will: Serve as the lead liaison between the company and customers, ensuring excellent communication and satisfaction. Develop a deep understanding of client needs, business objectives, and technical requirements. Collaborate with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to align internal efforts with customer expectations. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new markets. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and performance metrics to ensure consistent value delivery. Prepare and present sales forecasts, account reviews, and market analysis to executive leadership Utilize spreadhseets and CRM system to document and communicate sales metrics Manage 10 million in annual business Profile You Have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred 3 years of experience in account management, project management, business development, or technical sales, preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial sectors. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to manage multiple high-value accounts and work effectively across departments. Familiarity with industrial manufacturing processes and technical product knowledge is a plus.
