Join us!Job Summary:This role involves complex analysis to improve portfolio risk, profitability, performance forecasting, and operational performance for consumer products like credit cards. Responsibilities include applying knowledge across business and technical topics, leading strategic improvements, large-scale projects, and initiatives. Collaboration with business units and partner organizations such as Risk and Product is essential.Account Takeover (ATO) remains a significant threat in the fraud landscape. The expansion of digital capabilities and the availability of compromised information have increased the complexity of detecting, mitigating, and monitoring ATO risks within the Bank's ecosystem.The Fraud Prevention and Detection organization relies on understanding current fraudster tactics to enhance capabilities, reduce customer friction, and guide strategic investments. Data related to customer profiles and online banking login events are crucial for securing top-tier fraud performance and exceptional customer experiences. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to minimize process gaps and meet organizational loss reduction goals.Device and Non Monetary Fraud and Innovation Senior Analyst:This role involves analyzing online logins, device characteristics, and other non-monetary data to reduce fraud loss exposure and protect customer experience. Key duties include supporting strategy creation and optimization, proposing policy and procedural changes, and engaging with partners within a complex stakeholder environment.Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor peers to improve proficiency in various systems and serve as a subject matter expert on multiple topics
  • Support large-scale projects like platform conversions or new integrations through advanced reporting and analytics
  • Derive actionable insights from complex data
  • Investigate and perform root cause analysis of major fraud losses and emerging trends
  • Implement incremental fraud mitigation controls with stakeholders
  • Develop monitoring and oversight processes, including performance reporting and identifying collaboration opportunities
  • Assist with initiative management, impact assessments, business case development, and capability roadmapsRequired Qualifications:
    • 4+ years of experience in fraud, cyber, or risk analysis, including mitigation strategy development or managing large fraud programs
    • 3+ years of SQL and/or SAS coding experience
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently, identify improvement opportunities
    • Strong stakeholder relationship management and presentation skills
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentDesired Qualifications:
      • B.A./B.S. in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field
      • Advanced degree in relevant fields
      • Background in Fraud or Claims, especially online banking, account takeover, or authentication
      • Knowledge of statistical methods for performance metrics
      • Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau
      • Familiarity with multiple products/channels (Credit, Debit, Digital, Call Center)
      • Proficiency in SAS, Python, and Hadoop Impala/Hive
