marketing team is at the forefront of driving the adoption of

building awareness, trust, and seamless integration of digital
assets within enterprise financial and technology institutions
across multiple regions. Through innovative product marketing
strategies, branding, and go-to-market execution, this team plays a
pivotal role in accelerating the future of finance by enabling a
borderless, efficient digital economy. Our mission is to position
blockchain technology as a key driver for global financial
inclusion and asset digitization. About the role We are seeking an
experienced and visionary Head of Marketing to lead our global
product marketing and design team. This role will focus on driving
product growth and adoption across enterprise financial and
technology institutions worldwide. You will be responsible for
shaping marketing strategies that align with our organization’s
business goals, fostering collaboration between the product,
design, and go-to-market teams, and ensuring that marketing is a
core engine for growth. What youll do Strategic Leadership: Lead
and oversee the global marketing strategy for our product marketing
and design teams. Serve as a strategic partner to the product and
go-to-market (GTM) teams, ensuring alignment between marketing
initiatives and business objectives. Product Marketing & Growth:
Develop marketing strategies to drive product adoption and growth
within enterprise financial and technology institutions. Lead
campaigns focused on demand generation, content marketing, and
product messaging that resonate across multiple geographies and
markets. Drive marketing innovation, focusing on delivering
measurable growth, and positioning marketing as a key growth driver
within the organization. Brand, Social & Design Expertise: Bring
deep expertise from the brand, social media, and design aspects of
marketing, with a particular strength in product marketing. Ensure
the company’s brand is represented consistently across global
campaigns, messaging, and design outputs. Marketing Operations &
Budgeting: Manage the central marketing functions and define where
the organization should invest in people, agencies, or technology.
Own the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of
resources for maximum impact. Build and execute marketing plans
that optimize spend while delivering measurable results.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product
management, sales, and customer success teams to create
go-to-market plans, product launch strategies, and ongoing
marketing initiatives. Partner with content teams to generate
high-quality, relevant content that aligns with our product
marketing goals. Global Enterprise Experience: Drive enterprise
marketing initiatives in high-growth environments, specifically
targeting large financial and technology institutions. Build,
scale, and manage demand generation programs that work across
multiple markets and geographies. Develop strategies that leverage
marketing as a critical growth engine in high-growth, enterprise
settings. About you 10 years of marketing experience, with proven
leadership in product marketing, brand, and design for
enterprise-level businesses. Expertise in managing global marketing
functions, including working across different markets and
understanding region-specific challenges. Strong understanding of
product marketing, including experience with B2B marketing for
enterprise financial services or technology solutions. Demonstrated
ability to manage large-scale marketing budgets and optimize spend
for measurable outcomes. Experience in managing centralized
marketing functions and working with cross-functional teams to
align marketing strategies with broader company goals. Ability to
work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where marketing plays
a significant role in driving revenue and business growth.

Pay and benefits Paxos offers a competitive total compensation and
benefits package, including equity and bonuses based on both your
individual performance and company performance. Eligibility for
bonuses is dependent on job level, and actual salary within the
range depends on your skills, experience, and qualifications.
Expected range for the base salary component for candidates located
within the United States is: $253,346—$298,055 USD
