AVP - IT Infrastructure (Collaboration & Network)
Location: Onsite in Manhattan
Salary Range: $65,000 to $150,000 depending on experience and skills
Responsibilities:

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree required
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Collaboration/Video Meeting System Engineer in IT infrastructure, and at least 2 years in Network infrastructure design and support
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating and maintaining switches, routers, and firewalls
  
• Proficiency with Collaboration/Video Meeting systems and devices from manufacturers like Cisco, Juniper, Checkpoint, etc.
  
• Knowledge of Collaboration/Video Meeting network technologies such as IP voice, video/voice protocols, routing protocols, and Layer 2 technologies
  
• Cisco CCNP Routing & Switching certification; CCNP Voice/Collaboration and Cisco CCIE certifications are highly preferred
  
  Additional Responsibilities:
  
  • 
    
  • Implement Collaboration/Video Meeting and network projects, including design, hardware/software installation, testing, and go-live according to standards
    
  • Provide daily operational and technical support for Collaboration/Video Meeting systems, including system maintenance, health checks, configuration backups, incident handling, patching, and upgrades
    
  • Develop and update technical standards and guides
    
  • Install IT equipment, perform cabling and labeling in server rooms
    
  • Manage hardware and software procurement, develop annual budgets, and track inventory
