Job Description Job Description Job Title: Compounder Pay: $20-$25 Shift- 1st (7am-3pm) Job Description As a Manufacturing Technician, you will play a crucial role in the production of cosmetic and pharmaceutical products. You will ensure the manufacturing processes are carried out with precision and adhere to safety, quality, and cGMP compliance standards. Responsibilities Perform duties assigned to Assistant Technician, Technician III, and Compounding Storage Area Technician. Follow daily manufacturing processes for cosmetic products and assist with pharmaceutical products. Ensure safety, quality, cGMP compliance, and production efficiency. Understand and adhere to all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Accurately maintain and complete departmental logbooks in compliance with SOP requirements. Possess an in-depth understanding of compounding techniques for cosmetics and pharmaceutical assistance, including emulsions, anhydrous products, gels, liquids, powders, and dyes. Ensure compliance with cGMP requirements and company guidelines. Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and housekeeping. Operate and understand manufacturing equipment, including pumps, silos, mills, kettles, in-line and drop-in homogenizers, temperature gauges, DI water systems, valves, pressure gauges, screw conveyors, scales, and pH meters. Follow all check-weigh procedures for weighing raw and active materials. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Perform other duties as assigned.
