Job Description:
The Director, Global Procurement Strategy & Delivery will
provide strategic leadership for cross-organizational and
cross-company priorities led by Global Procurement. The role will
be accountable for leading strategic projects in support of the
Office of the Chief Procurement Officer and will work closely with
the Global Procurement Leadership Team and executive stakeholders
across Regeneron. You will be leading the implementation of
cross-category priorities and organizational evolution and/or
driving the planning and communication related to the Global
Procurement agenda as the organization evolves to achieve its
medium and long-term priorities. This role will require 4 days per
week onsite at our Corporate HQ Campus in Tarrytown, NY. This is
not available as a fully remote / hybrid work. As the Director,
Strategy & Delivery a typical day may include: Acts as an
influential leader leveraging critical thinking, change management,
strong business acumen, and deep experience driving global
procurement fundamentals to develop and implement operational,
process, system, and strategic improvements and business priorities
to achieve Regeneron priorities. Leads and/or participates in the
development, measurement, and execution of strategic plans to drive
both cross-organizational and Regeneron-wide priorities. Represents
the Global Procurement organization in driving key organizational
decisions with critical short and long-term impact on the success,
efficiency, growth, and results of the organization and company.
Leads critical cross-organizational projects and/or participates in
company-wide projects representing supplier, sourcing, contracting,
and supplier management activities. Exhibiting role-model
leadership behaviors across a large organization of indirect
reports who look to this role to create clarity, provide a clear
and understandable vision, and drive positive and productive change
both within and outside of the organization Partnering with senior
executive leaders across Regeneron and with our most critical
suppliers. This role may be for you if you have: Demonstrated
in-depth knowledge of efficient global procurement organizations
and processes within the biopharmaceutical industry to support the
growth and evolution of a Global Procurement organization.
Leadership capabilities and ability to leverage this knowledge to
drive improvements that are aligned with corporate priorities.
Experience successfully leading or working with global teams,
processes, and suppliers within a multi-national biopharmaceutical
organization will be a critical enabler of success for the
incumbent. Demonstrated success driving the efficient expansion of
a company or organization's scale, global footprint, and/or
infrastructure. High value on operating with integrity, focus, and
clarity in an environment of ambiguity to drive change and
improvement. A qualified applicant will likely have To be
considered for this role you must possess a Bachelor's degree in a
relevant field of study or an advanced degree and/or certification
in a relevant field/function with 10 -15 years of progressive
experience in Procurement / Supply Chain demonstrating growth in

- $300,700.00
