M&A Corporate Attorney - Long Island Office We're seeking a top-notch M&A Corporate Attorney to lead our entire corporate team in our Long Island office. Salary up to $400K Equity Bonus. What You'll Do: As our M&A Corporate Attorney, you will: Manage the entire corporate team and oversee all corporate matters. Provide legal counsel on mergers & acquisitions and other general corporate, commercial, and corporate governance matters. Lead strategic transactions, including partnerships, joint ventures, and restructurings. Lead due diligence teams, manage specialists, and draft transaction documents. Provide a full range of legal services to private and public companies, private equity funds, and financial institutions. Collaborate closely with attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes. What You'll Bring: To excel in this role, you should have: 10 years of experience in corporate law, with a focus on mergers & acquisitions and general corporate matters. Substantial experience in strategic transactions, including partnerships, joint ventures, and restructurings. Experience leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting transaction documents. Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Bar in New York.
