Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Litigator at Levine Haddad & Gregory, LLC. The Litigator will be responsible for handling legal matters, including motions, court appearances, trials, and depositions. The role involves providing expert legal representation and advice to clients on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities Draft litigation documents including: Complaints, Motions, Surrogate's Court petitions, Subpoenas and Deposition Notices Perform legal research to support litigation positions Conduct Depositions Qualifications Expertise in Law Experience in preparing Motions and presenting in Courts Ability to conduct Trials and Depositions effectively Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
