Competitive Compensation 401(k) with Firm Match Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance• Generous PTO & Paid Holidays• Flexible Work Schedule: Monday to Friday• Career Development & Training Opportunities• Collegial Team: Join a respected litigation team with a regional footprint Job Details Key Responsibilities and Duties Represent clients in general liability cases including personal injury and property damage Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda Develop litigation strategies and manage full litigation lifecycle Conduct and defend deposition Appear in court for hearings, pretrial motions, and trials Provide clear legal guidance and strategic advice to clients Work closely with other attorneys and staff to ensure efficiency and effective outcomes Qualifications – Needed• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school• Admitted to practice in New Jersey (Pennsylvania a plus)• Minimum 2 years of experience in general liability or civil litigation• Experience with personal injury and premises liability claims• Strong legal research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills• Ability to manage multiple litigation matters in a fast-paced setting• Prior insurance defense experience strongly preferred Interested in hearing more?
