more details. Role Summary Serve as the functional and technical
subject-matter-expert and platform architect for ServiceNow
platform and ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and Configuration
Compliance Major Responsibilities Responsible for the development
and sustained support of multiple products. Take ownership and
collaborate with various process/function owners and SMEs across
IT, Security and other stakeholders to implement and enhance
capabilities. Solution design, configuration/development, testing
and support of ServiceNow Vulnerability Response and Configuration
Compliance capabilities. Design, implement and support runbooks
Vulnerability Response and Configuration Compliance processes and
procedures. Implement and support dashboard and reports. Analyze
existing security processes and workflows, identifying areas for
improvement, consolidation, and enhancements. Engage in day-to-day
operational support and continuous capability improvement. Engage
in on call support as needed. Maintain adequate operational
documentation and reporting. Skills and Competencies 8 years of
experience with ServiceNow platform architecture, implementation,
administration, configuration, development, integration, support
and continuous improvement. 4 years of functional and technical
experience with ServiceNow Security Incident Response,
Vulnerability Response, Configuration Compliance and Performance
Analytics capabilities. 4 years of technical experience with
Discovery/CMDB. 4 years of technical experience with ITSM, GRC and
IT Asset Management is preferred. 2 years of technical experience
with Flow Designer. Technical experience with Service Portal
(widgets, server scripting, client scripting, CSS, HTML, Portal
Configuration). Technical experience with the implementation of
performance analytics. Technical experience with the implementation
of third-party integrations (Qualys, Tanium, Veracode) to ingest
vulnerabilities and policy compliance scan data is required. In
depth understanding of Vulnerability Management process. Experience
implementing REST API integration with third party tools.
Experience with the implementation of workspace, analytics,
dashboard and reporting. Experience with ServiceNow APIs,
ServiceNow Workflows, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client
Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes,
Security Rules. Prior experience working on an agile development
team. Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript,
Angular.js, PowerShell. Experience with backend SQL Server
development is preferred. Excellent collaboration, verbal, and
written communication skills. Education Bachelor's degree in
Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent
combination of formal education and experience “Visa
sponsorship/support is based on business needs. We do not

The typical base pay range for this role is between $145K - $182K
depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience and
location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary
performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
