Technicians (Multiple Roles) Location: Fort Lee Military Base, VA
23801 Pay: $23/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

with strong troubleshooting skills and EPA certifications. If

today. Open Positions Type 1 Technicians (3 roles) 1–5 years of
experience EPA Type 1 certification Ability to perform PM on HVAC
systems and eager to learn Service small appliances and handle
refrigerants safely Type 2 Technicians (2 roles) 5–10 years of
experience EPA Type 2 certification Strong troubleshooting skills
for high-pressure HVAC systems Perform installations, repairs, and
mentor junior techs Controls Technicians (3 roles) 5–10 years of
experience EPA certification Expertise in BACnet controls,
installation, and repair 2 roles inside office; 1 role
inside/outside for repairs Requirements for All Roles Valid EPA
certification (Type 1, Type 2, or Universal as applicable) Strong
technical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work safely and
