Job Title: Computer Support Professional Location: Berwick, PA
Type: Long term Contract Compensation: $23-$27 an hour Contractor
Work Model: Onsite System One has an exciting long term contract
opportunity for someone to work Computer Systems Support at Talen
Energy's Susquehanna Nuclear Facility in Berwick, PA. This position
will be supporting the Systems Engineering Computer Group with
hardware/software/cyber security obligations. Responsibilities:
Peer others Basic Software/Hardware troubleshooting
(installations/upgrades/etc.) Proficient in Microsoft Office
applications (Word/Excel/experience with Access is a plus) Able to
perform basic networking tasks such as setting IP addresses, etc.
Able to perform advanced networking tasks such as updating
firewalls/switches, a plus Will work around plant equipment and
certain tasks are performed in the radiological control area (RCA)
Typical work schedule: four ten-hour days Mon thru Thursday, some
overtime might be available Detail oriented with the ability to
work independently using work instructions/procedures Ability to
obtain unescorted access to a nuclear facility required. System
