Job Details Overview: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Operational Technology/Systems Administrator to manage and support automation systems across multiple manufacturing plants and distribution centers. This role requires strong expertise in ERP and WMS platforms, as well as a deep understanding of industrial automation technologies. Key Responsibilities: Administer and maintain automation systems (PLCs, SCADA, DCS, MES) across facilities. Integrate and support ERP and WMS systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation, ERP, and WMS platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system performance and efficiency. Plan and implement system upgrades and enhancements. Create and maintain documentation for system configurations and procedures. Train and support end-users on relevant systems and tools. Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits for compliance and optimization. Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies. Participate in the planning and execution of system-related projects. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a systems administrator in manufacturing or distribution environments. Strong knowledge of automation systems and industrial control technologies. Proficiency with ERP and WMS platforms. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Project management experience is a plus. Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CAP) are desirable. Willingness to travel to various plant locations as needed. Interested in hearing more?
