Job Description:
Our client, a leading organization in the consumer goods
industry, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join
their team. As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be part
of the Human Resources department supporting various teams. The
ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive
attitude, and excellent communication abilities, which will align
successfully in the organization. Job Title: Human Resources
Business Partner Location: Hoboken, New Jersey Pay Range: $40 to
$70 p/h w-2 Duration: 6 month contract What's the Job? Lead and
manage HR projects to ensure timely and effective delivery aligned
with organizational goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams
to streamline HR operations and improve processes. Support change
management initiatives and facilitate communication across
departments. Assist in developing and implementing HR strategies
that enhance organizational effectiveness. Provide administrative
support and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
What's Needed? Proven experience in HR project management or
operations. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to
work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with HR
