Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop training materials for call center employees
Deliver comprehensive product and service training to new hires
Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure training

Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a trainer or facilitator in a call center
environment
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and training
