Job Description Compensation: $300,000–$325,000 Base bonus Sign-On & Relocation About the Opportunity A well-established, multi-state specialty medical group is continuing to expand its Allergy & Immunology services within a large, built-in referral network. With strong operational infrastructure and growing patient demand, this is an opportunity to join a high-growth division at a pivotal stage. Position Overview - Diagnose and treat a wide range of allergic, immunologic, and respiratory conditions - Manage and oversee immunotherapy treatment plans - Provide patient-centered care in a fully outpatient setting - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team - Contribute to the growth and development of expanding allergy services What Sets This Role Apart - Centralized Immunotherapy Model: Dedicated coordinators shared lab handle allergen prep and logistics - Established Patient Base: Strong internal referral network ensures consistent volume - Flexible Scheduling: Clinics operate between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM with daytime options - High Growth Potential: Expanding specialty line with leadership opportunities - Provider Support: Clinical and administrative teams in place to reduce non-clinical burden Compensation & Benefits - Base salary: $300,000–$325,000 - Productivity bonus - Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available - Medical, dental, and vision coverage - HSA/FSA options - And more!
