Job Description Job Description Entry level direct care position working as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team Day shifts 8:30am-9:30pm and Overnight shifts 8:30pm – 9:30am; 3 shifts per week; a flexible schedule; some weekend shifts required. Tuition Assistance available for those pursuing the following: Nursing AS/BA/BSN /RN Master of Social Work MA in Nursing Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner Certification in Applied Behavioral Analysis Certification in Credentialed Alcohol and Substance Abuse Counseling MA in Education or NYS teacher certification Four week orientation. Orientation is two weeks of classroom 8:30am-4:30pm; two weeks of on unit training 12 hour shifts. Once orientation is completed the individual will be on a float schedule for five weeks after which they will be assigned to a unit. $18.50 starting salary scale, Additional for college degree and night differential also offered and additional for formal certification in bi-lingual language proficiency.
