Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team and contribute to
the health and happiness of our residents. Position: Licensed
Practical Nurse Reasons to work at Edenbrook Second Ave Starting
pay between $32 -33.75/hr., based on experience. Sign on bonus of
$5,000 for FT PM and NOC shift! Shift Differentials -: $3.00 PMs &
$2.00 NOCs PRN Flat rate of $34 an hour $5,250 in yearly Tuition
Reimbursement /Student Loan Repayment. Employee referral bonuses.
Responsibilities: Conducted health assessments and created
personalized care plans for each resident. Administer medications
and treatments according to physician orders and established
protocols. Monitor residents' vital signs and promptly address any
changes in health status. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
to provide holistic and person-centered care. Assist in the
development and implementation of wellness programs and activities.
Educate residents and their families on health-related topics and
promote preventive care. Respond to medical emergencies and provide
immediate and appropriate interventions. Maintain accurate and
up-to-date resident medical records. Foster a supportive and
compassionate environment for residents and their families.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development
opportunities. Requirements You love working with people and handle
everyday challenges with a smile! Graduate or Future Graduate from
an accredited nursing program Hold a Current State License as a
Licensed Practical Nurse Able to communicate well in both verbal
and written forms Have a minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN in
a long term care setting A natural problem solver Are committed to
interacting professionally and with care toward residents,
