This is a W2 role with a realistic daily schedule and 1:1 patient care. Why You’ll Like This Role $38–$41/hr (W2) Mileage reimbursement Monthly cell phone stipend Full-time OR part-time available Mon–Friday schedule (no weekends) 4–6 patients/day average Adult-only home health Support from an experienced care team (RN/LPN/CNA/HHA/OT/SLP) Responsibilities Provide in-home PT evaluation and treatment Create and update individualized plans of care Document patient progress and outcomes Teach patients and caregivers exercises safety strategies Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team Requirements Active PA Physical Therapist License Reliable transportation valid driver’s license CPR certification Apply today through Indeed — interviews are being scheduled now.
