Ivy Rehab, a forefront provider in outpatient therapy, is seeking a Pediatric Clinic Director & Partner to lead our specialized pediatric division. This pivotal role is geared towards enhancing and expanding services in physical, occupational, and speech therapy, tailored for pediatric patients. The ideal candidate will oversee clinic operations, manage clinical staff, and ensure the highest standard of patient care in alignment with Ivy Rehab's commitment to evidence-based, tailor-made therapy solutions. This strategic position involves partnership opportunities, requiring innovative leadership in program development, operational management, and community health advocacy. Oversee daily operations of the pediatric rehabilitation clinic. Manage, recruit, and train a diverse team of therapists specialized in pediatric care. Develop and implement new pediatric programs and services. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and maintain clinical standards. Collaborate with healthcare providers, stakeholders, and community organizations to promote the clinic’s services. Monitor the clinic’s financial performance and manage budgets. Foster a compassionate and effective caregiving environment. Strong leadership and organizational skills. Expertise in pediatric therapy and rehabilitation. Ability to develop and oversee clinical programs. Proficient in healthcare management systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
