Job Description Towne U.S. LLC is seeking a travel Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant for a travel job in Greenwich, Connecticut. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Physical Therapy Assistant - Discipline: Therapy - Start Date: 02/09/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel We’re seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a 13-week home health assignment. This role is ideal for a seasoned traveler who is comfortable managing a mobile caseload, documenting in a home-based care environment, and working independently across a defined service area. Assignment Details - Shift: Days | Monday–Friday (Missed visits may be made up on weekends) - Length: 13 weeks - Guaranteed Hours (GT): 40 hours/week - Setting: Home Health / Outpatient - Patient Load: 6–7 visits per day - Charting: WellSky (HomeCare/HomeBase experience required) - Travel Radius: Within 50 miles - Mileage: Included in bill rate - Expected Weekly Mileage: 100–120 miles (may vary) - Facility Work Week: Sunday–Saturday - Meetings: Daily stand-up meetings at 8:30 AM (Mon–Fri) - Dress Code: Clean, professional scrubs with closed-toe shoes What You’ll Do - Provide skilled PTA services in patient homes and community settings - Carry out treatment plans established by the Physical Therapist - Monitor patient response and report progress or changes - Complete accurate, timely documentation in WellSky - Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safe mobility Requirements - Active PTA license - Minimum 5 years of home health experience (required) - At least 1 recently completed travel assignment (required) - BLS & First Aid certifications (required) - Strong time-management, communication, and organizational skills - No new graduates Additional Requirements - COVID-19 vaccination and boosters required (Medical/Religious exemptions reviewed case-by-case; approved exemptions require weekly testing provided by the facility) - Housing must be secured prior to submission Apply today if you’re an experienced Home Health PTA seeking a full-time travel assignment with consistent weekday hours.
