Job Description:
- BC/BE in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism - Part-time
permanent position (full-time also available) - Completion of an
ACGME-accredited Internal Medicine Residency and Endocrinology
Fellowship. - Provide evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and
management of patients with endocrine and metabolic disorders,
including but not limited to diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal
and pituitary conditions, and osteoporosis. - Outpatient/Ambulatory
Care - Participate in call coverage for outpatient endocrinology as
needed (minimal or no inpatient call). - This position offers the
opportunity to make a significant impact on the health of an
underserved community while enjoying the benefits of rural living.
Preferred Experience: - Experience or interest in rural or
underserved community health. - Familiarity with managing complex
endocrine conditions in outpatient settings. - Interest in
telemedicine is a plus, as the clinic may extend virtual services
to remote patients. Compensation & Benefits: - Base salary $206,000
- $340,000 (full-time) - Hospital employed status (not-for-profit
hospital) - Negotiable salary; guaranteed base with incentive

Health Records: EPIC Hudson, New York - Located in the upper Hudson
Valley region of Upstate New York, 2 hours north of NY City and 30
