Job Description:
Job Description Join Our Primary Care Team in Levittown, PA! We
are excited to invite a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family
Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to become part of our
vibrant Woodbourne Primary Care practice in Levittown,
Pennsylvania. This facility focuses on providing exceptional
healthcare to a diverse patient population and is supported by a
dedicated team of professionals including experienced Family
Medicine physicians and Nurse Practitioners. Job Responsibilities:
- Provide care for patients of all ages, with an emphasis on
preventative and episodic medicine. - Work alongside a robust team
that includes 1 part-time physician, 3 Nurse Practitioners, and
supportive Medical Assistants. - Manage a patient load of
approximately 18 patients per day in a traditional outpatient
setting. - Participate in equitable call rotation (1:4
weekday/weekend) with phone consultations, no call back required. -
Utilize EPIC EMR for patient documentation and information
management. - Leverage point-of-care lab services and in-network
specialist referrals to enhance patient care. Qualifications: -
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (REQUIRED).
- Experience working with a diverse age range from pediatrics to
geriatrics. - PA medical license or the willingness to obtain one
(REQUIRED). - DEA certification or the ability to obtain it
(REQUIRED). - Clean malpractice history and active medical license
(REQUIRED). License and Certification Requirements: - Board
Certification in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine. - DEA
certification. - Must have experience working with patients of all
ages, particularly pediatrics and geriatrics. Experience the charm
