Quality Improvement: They play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality of patient care by implementing and monitoring clinical protocols, standards, and best practices. This includes overseeing the performance of healthcare staff. Collaboration and Communication: The clinical director collaborates with other healthcare professionals, administrators, and staff to foster a collaborative and communicative environment. They may also engage in strategic planning and decision-making to enhance the overall functioning of the primary care facility.
