Job Description:
This Interventional Radiology Technologist role involves
operating fluoroscopy, CT, laser, and ultrasonography equipment
during vascular and neuroangiographic procedures.
Responsibilities include assisting in procedures, patient care,
teaching, inventory management, and schedule coordination.
Performs circulating and scrubbing duties, troubleshooting
equipment, participating in QA, and ensuring proper image
archiving.
Maintains compliance with policies, promotes staff development, and
ensures patient confidentiality.
Adapts care to meet diverse patient needs and works flexibly across
shifts and locations.
Qualifications include ARRT radiography certification, state
licensure, BLS, with preferred vascular interventional radiography
experience.
Full-time, 5-day schedule, 8-hour shifts, requiring ongoing
education and adherence to safety standards.
