Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated postdoctoral researcher to join
the Adusumilli Laboratory at MSK. The candidate will work with the
lab head to design and execute bench experiments, supervise
technicians, analyze experimental results, prepare manuscripts, and
maintain laboratory records. The laboratory's focus is on
developing and translating adoptive T-cell therapy for the
treatment of various solid cancers, including lung cancer, breast
cancer, and mesothelioma, using recombinant oncoretroviruses and
lentiviruses as vectors. The ideal candidate will have a PhD or
MD/PhD, with a background in immunology and experience with mouse
models. Knowledge of general oncology and cancer pathogenesis,
molecular/genetic concepts, experimental methods, and data analysis
is essential. The candidate should be comfortable with the handling
of human blood and tissue samples, have strong interpersonal
skills, and be able to work in a dynamic
