  • Manage full project life cycle - budgets, timelines, and schedules from kickoff to grand opening.
  • Lead cross-functional teams - coordinate seamlessly with designers, architects, engineers, and our in-house fabrication team to bring projects to life.
  • Solve complex design + build challenges in real time-no two projects are the same.
  • Oversee site execution - ensure flawless delivery, problem-solve, and maintain top-tier craftsmanship.
  • Act as the key client liaison - build strong relationships with NYC's top hospitality operators and entrepreneurs.WHO YOU ARE: 6+ years in Project Management within Architecture, Construction, or Design + Build Proven experience in hospitality projects - restaurants, bars, hotels, or high-end commercial interiors Deep understanding of NYC construction codes, permitting, and fast-track build schedules Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Rhino (preferred) A natural leader & problem-solver - thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments Excited by growth and ownership - you want more than a job; you want to shape the future of a companyWHAT WE OFFER:
