bring to CHANEL. About the role: CHANEL is looking for a Southeast
Regional Training Senior Manager to join our Fashion Education Team
in Miami. You will play a lead role in supporting the development
of the Southeast Regional Boutique teams via the implementation of
educational initiatives as well as Style Expertise principles and
on-the-floor coaching to further strengthen the best-in-class
experience for CHANEL clients. This role interfaces with Boutique
Leadership Teams and Home Office teams to develop a holistic view
of training opportunities, while identifying root causes and
highlighting Fashion Division priorities, to then suggest and
deliver learning-based solutions that align with the organizational
goals and objectives. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7
years of experience and a passion for identifying and responding to
training needs at the Boutique level with an eye to overall
consistency across all doors. What impact you can create at CHANEL:
Lead and facilitate in-store training modules on product knowledge,
service behaviors, selling skills and styling Principles align with
the CHANEL allure.Spend four days each week in Boutiques coaching
on service and product knowledge.Facilitate learning through a
variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction,
digital training, and engaging interactions with the team.Work
closely with home Office leadership and Boutique Leadership Teams
to identify learning gaps to refine and develop strategies and
implementation of key programs.Lead/mentor Boutique Education
Managers in the SE Region with facilitation skills, content
creation, general development, etc.Facilitate New Hire and
Developmental presentations for SE market.Identify market-specific
training content needs and communicate to broader Education
development team.Review boutique business and service trends prior
to visits and work with BLT to identify relevant learning-based
solutions and coaching opportunities.In collaboration with Fashion
Expertise, help propose and organize a training calendar to
effectively execute on the needs of the Boutiques.Support the
Boutique Leadership Team to monitor the quality and impact of
training execution via follow up analysis. You are energized by:
Strong partnership with Boutique Leadership Team, Regional Retail
Leaders, and the Fashion Expertise team (Education + Style
Expertise) to help identify individual training needs.Actively
coaching team members on expected service and sales behaviors on
the sales floorCollaborating with Retail and Merchandising to drive
synergies around product.Organizing, setting up and helping to
animate in-depth product and service trainings.Acting as liaison
between Boutiques and Home Office on content and digital learning
mattersEnsuring teams have completed necessary prep work before &
after trainings.Partnering with Style Expertise team to upskill and
enhance learning around seasonal collections.Acting as a Brand
Ambassador while in Boutiques What you will bring to the team:
Preferred experience in Fashion RetailHighly developed
interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including
outstanding facilitation skillsDemonstrated ability to manage,
motivate and coach others, while also building and fostering a
team-focused culture. Including and not limited to a high comfort
level with giving feedbackAbility to communication clearly,
concisely, and persuasively with both large and small groupsHighly
creative energy with the ability to handle multiple priorities and
complete tasks/projects in accordance with stated deadlines.
Excellent time management skillsAbility to manage and track travel
budget Position Logistics: Minimum 7 Years Training and/or
Organizational Development ExperienceMust be able to work
independently and transparently, possessing the judgment to provide
frequent, concise, and cogent management updates to US and Global
Paris teamsAbility to work well as part of a team and demonstrate
flexibility in working within a continually evolving and demanding
environmentTravel-up to 70% of time (Domestic)Partially Remote:
Role requires a minimum of three days in-person office presence at
the designated location/office. *Chanel, Inc. reserves the right to
edit, change, or make exceptions on designations where
circumstances where deemed appropriate. Compensation: The
anticipated base salary range for this position is $87,500 through
$130,000. Base salary is one component of the total compensation
for this position. Other forms of variable pay [may/will] be
offered for this position. Other components [may/will] include
