It's about providing clarity and hope.The Marketing Manager - Physician Groups will work with the Customer Marketing Director to ensure execution of Customer marketing plan, and local growth strategy plans of physician groups.This is a remote opportunity.

  • Responsible for drafting, alignment across stakeholders and deployment of all Marketing communications to internal Commercial Sales teams, and external customers (via internal/external emails, client letters, videos, etc.)
  • Plans, schedules and manages internal Sales forums as the key point of contact with relevant monthly topics in coordination with Executive Sales Directors, Sales Directors and other Commercial leaders
  • Functions as "power user" of the company's internal digital communication platforms (Salesforce and Seismic) for updates to Sales Teams
  • Plans and manages a marketing communication calendar to provide organizational insight into communications being planned and sent
  • Develops an understanding of organizational data in order to segment communications for appropriate target audiences
  • Develop effective and efficient marketing strategies and related tactics based on deep understanding of customer channel
  • Generate customer insights and VOC into demand barriers, call points and trends and develop strategies and related tactics aligned to the buyer's journey
  • Create marketing plans that address customer-relevant clinical franchise and Regional priorities
  • Develop strategy, prioritization and budget allocation at a customer channel and segment-level
  • Identify opportunities and create marketing programs based on market and customer needs
  • Manage marketing spend on programs and use spend effectiveness measurement to improve
  • Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Drive a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels including but not limited to content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and campaign performance analysis
  • Build relationships and partner with internal (business partners, peers) and external stakeholders (key industry players, agencies and vendors)
    Qualifications:Education Required: Bachelor's Degree, Marketing, Business, or Communications preferredWork Experience:Minimum 5 years success in a marketing role; 3+ years in healthcare industry preferred; Marketing Communications experience a plus sales technology (Salesforce and Seismic) experience a plus.Periodic travel as neededTeam oriented - ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross functional teams and in a matrixed environment
