Senior Mechanical Engineer Location: New York, NY Experience:
8-15 years in MEP design Salary: Competitive Key Qualifications: ?
Team Leadership – Manage engineers, designers, and CAD operators. ?
Project Management – Engineer of record for $5M-$75M infrastructure
projects. ? HVAC & Mechanical Systems – Expertise in boilers,
chillers, air handling, BMS upgrades, electrical conversions, and
piping . ? Design & Documentation – Develop engineering
calculations, HVAC load analysis, and construction drawings. ?
Client & Stakeholder Coordination – Work with architects,
contractors, and government agencies (DASNY, CUNY, OGS). ? NYC/NYS
Code Knowledge – Familiarity with building codes and regulations. ?
Education & License – BS/MS in Mechanical Engineering , NYS PE
License required .
