Shift Available: 2nd Shift: 2:30pm-11:00pm Job Summary: Greene Tweed is seeking an experienced Toolmaker / CNC Machinist to manufacture, repair, and maintain high?precision molds, dies, fixtures, gauges, and tooling components. You’ll work with CNC machines, manual equipment, grinders, and wire EDM to support production of world?class engineered products. a { text-decoration: none; color: 464feb; } tr th, tr td { border: 1px solid e6e6e6; } tr th { background-color: f5f5f5; } What You’ll Do Set up and operate CNC machines, manual mills/lathes, grinders, and wire EDM. Read blueprints, G?code, and perform accurate machining of molds, sleeves, cores, pins, fixtures, and elastomer tooling. Perform repairs and preventive maintenance on all tooling, including polishing, refinishing, adjusting fit/function, and restoring surfaces. Inspect tooling using standard shop measurement tools. Troubleshoot tooling issues and recommend repair solutions. Maintain clean, organized work areas and complete shop floor documentation. Support 5S, collaborate with Tool Designers, and assist lower?level machinists as needed. What We’re Looking For High School Diploma/GED. 2 years of Tooling experience Ability to read blueprints, interpret G?code, and operate CNC and manual machine shop equipment. Strong inspection, troubleshooting, and documentation skills. Computer proficiency (searching, saving, and editing files).
