We specialize in system repair, installation, maintenance, and energy-efficient solutions for heating, cooling, and ventilation. We are seeking a skilled Service Technician who can uphold our standards of precision, punctuality, and excellence. Responsibilities Perform diagnosis, repair, and maintenance on commercial HVAC/R systems (chillers, rooftop units, VRF systems, large split-systems). Conduct preventive maintenance and respond to emergency breakdowns in commercial/industrial environments. Read HVAC/R schematics, wiring diagrams, and pneumatic/hydronic control diagrams; execute system modifications as needed. Replace components (motors, compressors, control boards, sensors), charge refrigerants, evacuate/refill systems, and ensure all work complies with applicable codes. Document service calls, report issues, perform corrective actions, complete service logs, and communicate professionally with clients. Follow company safety protocols; maintain a clean and organized service truck; ensure all tools are properly maintained. Build strong customer relationships by representing the company professionally and contributing to ongoing client satisfaction. Assist with training or mentoring junior technicians as needed. Qualifications EPA Section 608 certification (required). Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Willingness to undergo a background check. 3–5 years of commercial HVAC/R service experience (preferred). Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability. Familiarity with commercial HVAC systems and controls. Comfortable working at heights, on rooftops, in mechanical rooms, and in varying weather/industrial environments. Ability to regularly lift up to ~50 lbs and work extended hours when emergencies arise. Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor. Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of managing time effectively. What We Offer Competitive pay: $35–$60/hr , with potential annual earnings around $85,000 depending on experience and overtime.
