Job Description:
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled
Manufacturing Sub-Assembler/Technician to join our production team.
The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in working
with electrical components and assemblies using a range of tools
and equipment. Responsibilities: Tool Operation: Use hand tools,
power tools, and specialized equipment (such as soldering irons,
crimping tools, multimeters) to perform a wide range of electrical
assembly tasks. Assembly: Perform basic wiring, soldering, and
component installation based on electrical diagrams, schematics,
and blueprints. Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to safety
guidelines and protocols while working with electrical components
and tools. Quality Control: Ensure assemblies meet defined quality
standards through inspection and testing. Collaboration: Work
closely with team members, senior assemblers, and supervisors to
meet daily production goals and deadlines. Documentation: Maintain
accurate records of work performed and report any issues or
inconsistencies in the assembly process. Experience: Basic
understanding of electrical components and assembly methods.
Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring
diagrams. Experience with or willingness to learn soldering,
wiring, and component testing. Comfortable using standard hand
tools, power tools, and testing instruments (e.g., multimeter,
oscilloscope). Strong attention to detail and ability to follow
instructions precisely. Good manual dexterity and fine motor
skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to
work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
Willingness to learn and take initiative on new tasks Skills:
Knowledge of industry-standard soldering and wiring practices.
Experience in a manufacturing or assembly-line environment.
Micro-assembly or batch production Education: Technical
Certificate, associate’s degree, or military technical training in
a relevant discipline. BSEE, BSEET, or equivalent engineering
