Seeking experienced parts and service coordinator able to step into a role with frequent interaction with customers, service technicians, and procurement representatives. Considered experience: Counterperson at retail aftermarket car parts store or industrial field service technician or manufacturing equipment service coordinator or laboratory equipment maintenance Other positions providing recommendations for service and parts delivery for customers. Shall: Communicate with customers and determine work completed by technicians, put together invoices with line-by-line costs, create Bills of Materials (BOMs), and ensure customer needs are met.
