OverviewAs a Bridge Engineering Principal with Civil & Environmental Consultants, Inc. (CEC), you'll develop, manage, and lead bridge design projects in the West Virginia area. • Lead design, planning and project delivery to create an excellent client experience
• Contribute towards the development of CEC's strategy that focuses on providing best in class client service to serve our current clients and to grow our client base
• Collaborate with other offices on project pursuits, proposals, scope and schedules
• Lead multi-discipline design efforts including geotechnical, roadway, permitting and others
• Provide quality assurance review of project-related documentation
• Coach and mentor staff across all career levels
• Client Management and Business DevelopmentQualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering;
  • P.E. registration in WV, or ability to be registered with reciprocity;
  • 15+ years of proven success assembling plans sets, and leading design-build and design-bid-build projects;
  • Prior proposal development and client relationship success;
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office required;
  • Proficiency with MicroStation, Civil 3D and bridge design software;
  • Demonstrated communication and team leadership skills;
  • Working experience with marketing, business development, project pursuits, and proposal preparation a plus.About UsCEC Bridgeport is part of our West Virginia operations, which also includes offices in Martinsburgand Charleston.
