Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-time,
on-site Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in
a Delaware school setting. This role requires providing direct
speech therapy services to students, conducting evaluations, and
supporting the development and implementation of Individualized
Education Programs (IEPs). Location:Wyoming, Delaware Key
Responsibilities: Deliver speech therapy services tailored to
student needs Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
Write and update IEPs reflecting student progress and goals
Participate in meetings with educators, parents, and other
professionals Collect and monitor student progress data regularly
Prepare thorough therapy notes and documentation Qualifications:
Active Delaware licensure/certification as an SLP is required
Experience working in a school setting preferred Proficient in
evaluations and IEP development Familiarity with Data Service
Center and PowerSchool IEP systems is a plus Must be able to work
full-time (37.5 hours per week), Monday through Friday Reliable
transportation for on-site attendance Additional Information: This
is a contracted school-based role for the 2026-2027 school year The
client currently is not considering Speech-Language Pathology
Assistants (SLPAs) Caseload and grade levels are to be determined
