Key Responsibilities: - Assist Medicare beneficiaries in understanding their options and selecting the most suitable plan. - Handle inbound calls with professionalism and empathy. - Provide clear and accurate information regarding Medicare plans and benefits. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Medicare policies and procedures. - Document interactions and maintain accurate records of beneficiary inquiries.
