Workers Compensation Complex Claims - Meriden, CT Workers Compensation Insurance Claims Representative Adjuster Examiner Workers Workers' Comp _ . REMOTE WORK FROM HOME AVAILABLE Seeking individual with at least 3 years experience investigating, evaluating and adjudicating complex workers compensation cases of high exposure and severity. Activities: Investigates claims to determine coverage responsibility. Establish compensability and exposure accuracy. Collaborative establish medical management strategies on high dollar complex claims. Reviews claims and makes resolution strategy recommendations. Participates in pricing, reserving. Support outside counsel in managing litigated files. Identifies and appropriately processes suspicious or potentially adverse claims and those with third party subrogation potential.
