ROOST is a fully furnished extended stay residence designed for travelers who will be away from home for an extended period of time. Our operations are similar to traditional hotel with a 24-hour front office, housekeeping services, and offering personalized amenities. Job Description: Location: Roost Philadelphia (East Market) Organize materials, tools, and equipment to perform daily assignments. Organize materials, tools, and equipment to perform daily assignments. Maintain timelines and work schedule in accordance with the preventive maintenance program. Check pending work orders daily and address each work order in a timely fashion. Perform basic electrical work Perform basic plumbing work Perform Preventive Maintenance work orders as needed Check HVAC equipment Perform general maintenance to resident suites and public areas. Requirements: Full Time Position- 40 hours, weekdays and weekends (this position will not have a set schedule). Must have commercial building experience Must be proficient in modern technology and software applications relevant to the role. Basic plumbing knowledge required Must be able to work independently; including walking several blocks between properties at least once a day. Must be organized and have the ability to keep par levels of maintenance supplies. Must be comfortable speaking with guests while resolving any issues. High School Diploma or equivalent. Command of English Language- both spoken and written.
