Payroll Coordinator About the Company: One of the largest & most successful electrical contractors in the country, our client has completed over $1 billion of work in the past 25 years Our client holds an impressive 60 year tenure as a leader in the electrical industry & are continuing to maintain steady growth Mid-sized company with open door policy & collaborative management who prioritize a healthy, positive, fun work environment Full time, in office position in Rutherford, New Jersey (parking available onsite) Competitive salary & Excellent benefits, including: medical, 100% dental, PTO, & 401k with match Responsibilities: Work directly with Accounting & the Payroll Manager to generate a high volume of payroll reports for agencies Process payroll for 150 employees Assist with union reporting Collection, processing, & distribution of weekly union data Interact with employees regarding payroll inquiries Qualifications: 1 years relevant bookkeeping/payroll experience preferred Union payroll experience is a plus!
