billion.Overview:As the Vice President of Finance and Investor
Relations, you will play a critical role in driving the financial
strategy and decision-making process within our organization.
Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will
spearhead our financial planning, strategic finance, and business
intelligence initiatives, while also being the primary point of
contact for investor relations. This role demands a seasoned
professional who can blend deep financial expertise with effective
communication and leadership skills to manage our financial
strategies and maintain robust investor relationships.Key
Responsibilities:Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and variance analysis
to ensure optimal financial health and compliance.
- Lead a team of financial business partners, supporting
leadership throughout the Company with strategic advice
- Implement and refine financial systems and processes to improve
efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting.Strategic Finance:
- Develop financial models and forecasting tools to support
strategic decision-making processes.
- Provide insightful and detailed financial analysis to guide
long-term and short-term financial planning.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to identify opportunities
for financial optimization and capital allocation.
- Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights that
drive business decisions.
- Ensure that the Business Intelligence team delivers regular
reports and dashboards that accurately reflect the company's
performance metrics.Investor Relations:
- Serve as the main point of contact for investors, analysts, and
the financial community.
- Develop and execute a robust investor relations strategy and
framework.
- Prepare and present quarterly earnings, financial reports, and
investor presentations.
- Manage communications and relationships with shareholders,
ensuring that investor inquiries and concerns are addressed
promptly.Leadership and Management:
- Lead and develop the FP&A, Strategic Finance, and Business
Intelligence teams, ensuring high performance and alignment with
company goals.
- Foster a culture of transparency and continuous improvement
within the finance department.What success looks like in this role:
- Annual and Quarterly Forecast accuracyQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related
field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of progressive experience in finance in a leadership
role, with public company experience.
- Ability to work onsite in our NYC office 3 days per week
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to
translate complex financial data into actionable insights and
recommendations.
- Experience in high-growth b2b environment
- Experience working and partnering with data teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the
ability to effectively interact with senior management and
influence decision-making.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability
to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and
financial planning software; experience with ERP systems
preferred.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and
manage multiple priorities effectively.The target base salary range
for this position is $240,000 - $300,000, and is part of a
competitive total rewards package including stock options and
benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is
determined by a number of factors including experience, location,
internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We
