Accounting Supervisor$95,000-$100,000/yr. Summary - Vaco real-estate client is seeking an onsite Accounting Supervisor to oversee an office staff while performing full cycle accountingClient is offering competitive salary plus comprehensive benefitsDuties -

Oversee office staff
Accounts payable and receivable functions
Preparing a wide array of financial statements
Performing weekly bank reconciliations
Reviewing P&L an budgets to meet company goals
Oversee the month-end close process
Manage payroll processes and reconcile payroll discrepancies
General ledger reconciliations
Performing multiple account reconciliations Essentials -
- B.Sin Accounting/Finance
- Experience overseeing a staff is a plus
- 3-5 years of Accounting experience
- CPA certification is a plus
- Real Estate industry experience is a plus
- Experience with an accounting ERP software
- Must possess excellent communication skills
- The ability to work as a team
- Present excellent analytical skills Job Type - Full Time/onsite
