As we continue to grow and expand our presence in the industry, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Vice President of Construction to join our team and lead our construction operations to new heights.
The Senior Vice President of Construction- NYC will:
Leadership and Strategic Planning:
Provide strategic leadership and direction to the construction team, setting clear objectives and goals aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth, profitability, and operational excellence in construction projects.
Project Management:
Oversee all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resources to meet project goals and objectives.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or challenges that may arise.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs, concerns, and requirements throughout the construction process.
Quality and Safety:
Ensure that all construction activities comply with quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
Recruit, train, and mentor construction staff, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement.
Provide guidance, support, and feedback to team members to help them achieve their full potential and contribute to the success of the organization.

The successful Senior Vice President of Construction- NYC will have the following:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex construction projects in New York City.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organize, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and budgets.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques, as well as building codes and regulations.
Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
